About Mark Tulloch
Mark Tulloch is the founder of Lumindra, a Bali-based AI consulting and business systems practice headquartered in Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia. He is a former Chief Operating Officer of Bali Realty — one of Bali's most established real estate agencies — and has more than 35 years of practical experience across hospitality operations, business leadership, and operational systems design.
Before founding Lumindra, Mark built his career across hospitality venues and business operations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Bali. He has managed large operational teams, led business turnarounds, and worked in high-pressure environments where clarity, structure, and decision-making under pressure were the daily reality.
Mark holds an MBA (Global) from the University of Newcastle. He is a published author with three titles, a trained crisis counsellor, a mental health advocate, a public speaker, and a commercially licensed music creator with two albums licensed through APRA AMCOS.
He is a founding member of the Bali AI Founders Club and runs a YouTube channel at @LumindraBali focused on practical AI for real businesses.
Mark currently operates Sunshooters Bar & Grill in Legian, Bali — a live operational laboratory where Lumindra's AI systems, automation tools, and business frameworks are tested before being recommended to clients.
